I’m Robin van Golen. For twelve years I built digital products thousands of people used every day. Now I build every Perqli tool myself, as well as I believe it should be built.
Why I make this
I buy this way myself. First I find out what’s out there and roughly what it costs, in my own time. I call once I know what I want, because then the conversation is about my situation, not about where to start. And when a company’s site already answered my questions along the way, that’s often the one I pick. It has already earned my trust, and I’m further along with them than with anyone else.
Many sites stop just before that point: “call us, every situation is different”. So the buyer who is still looking around waits, or never calls at all. That’s the customer you could have won. Every business owner I explain Perqli to recognises it, often from the way they buy themselves.
Your site is where your customer, whenever it suits them, can already see what you can do for them. So I build that conversation into the site you already have. Whoever calls after that already knows what they want.
How I work
It starts with half an hour in which you tell me how you work out a price today. From that I draw up the questions your customer can answer themselves, and you get a quote on paper: one price, a fixed scope, and what the tool will and won’t do.
Then I build it in rounds, the way I’ve always built products. First a version that works. You try it as your customer would, I adjust, and we go again, until your customer gets it without explanation and you’re happy with it.
Then it goes into your site with one line of code. For the first four weeks I keep an eye on it and adjust it where needed.
