INDUSTRY
Made-to-measure blinds, priced while they watch.
Width times drop is the easy part. The hard part is everything that quietly rules an option out, and that’s the part most configurators get wrong.
This is running, not a screenshot. Change the drop past a fabric roll width and watch the option withdraw itself.

WHAT’S SPECIFIC HERE
- WIDTH × DROP
- Price moves on area, but not linearly, and never below a minimum charge. Every supplier has their own curve and it’s never the one in the brochure.
- ROLL WIDTHS
- A fabric that only comes 2.4m wide can’t make a 2.6m blind, whatever the price table says. The configurator has to know that before the customer falls in love with it.
- BRACKET CLEARANCE
- Recess fits fail on depth, not width. The measurement that kills the order is the one nobody asked for.
Roughly what it costs
Jobs in this shape usually land in the middle band: real rules, one or two integrations, built into a site you’re keeping.
Take the three-question fit check for a number on your own situation.
